Job Purpose:
Measure, monitor and maintain effectiveness of Quality System Databases. Duties must be performed consistent with company mission and values and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Located in Calgary, this position will be primarily responsible for maintaining Quality System Databases.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
· Manage QSI Documents Database and Released Document Database
· Manage QSI Corrective and Preventive Action Database
· Manage QSI Internal Audit Database
· Manage QSI Calibration Database
· Quality System Documentation revisions as directed by business unit
· Creation/revision of process flows as directed by business unit
· Development of reports to measure the effectiveness of the quality system (NCR Reports, Overdue Documents, overdue devices report etc)
· Support Business Process Improvement Initiatives and Internal Audits
· Prepare PowerPoint presentations
· Data entry/meeting minutes
Qualifications:
· Familiarity with MS Word, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Familiarity with ISO 9001:2000
· Ability to process map is an asset but not a requirement
· Ability to work independently and as a team
· Ability to trouble shoot
