Job Description
Partnering with hiring managers in our Engineering Departments to clarify job specifications and requirements, discussing business operations, and developing recruiting strategies to fill current and further staffing needs, either local or in the field.
Through the use of HireSystems & JobFlow, our in-house recruiting tools be actively involved in talent selection and candidate interviewing.
Providing hiring managers with multiple qualified Engineering candidates for each opening.
Creatively sourcing, recruiting, and executing recruitment strategies.
Developing and maintaining recruitment contacts and networks, especially in the Oil & Gas field to attract candidates with domain knowledge in the industry.
Mentoring hiring managers on appropriate legal hiring/interviewing practices, and compensation decisions.
As necessary, assist with the offer process and other duties.
Responsible for all Recruiting reporting (cycle time, diversity, offer process, background and reference checking,).
Participating in Special Projects with regards to Recruiting, Talent Attraction and Talent Selection as required.
Qualifications
Self-motivation and ability to identify and mine multiple sources for potential star candidates.
5+ years experience in HR / Recruiting with a focused background in Recruiting in diverse Engineering fields
