Responsibilities:
Responsible for operation and maintenance of assigned system
Review, monitor and issue related report of the system performance in periodic basis
Lead troubleshooting of any level 1 problem and define the root cause for escalation to level 2
Propose improvement / development of the system
Update documentation on configuration and architecture
Perform daily coordination of technicians and contracted resources
Involve in procurement process including issuance of related documentation for procurement
Monitor the implementation of Government regulations and policies in his system domain
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ other Engineering major that related with Telecommunication
Minimum 3 years of experience in related field.
IP networking (Cisco certified will be an advantage)
wireless transport (BWA, Wireless WAN/LAN),
Satellite transmission (VSAT),
terrestrial infrastructure (microwave)
telemetry and telecontrolling
radio (conventional, trunking, aero and maritime),
PABX - telephony (analog and digital / IP)
PAGA
digital and analog surveillance system / cctv,
SMATV, DVB
Having experience of managing a small team (3 - 5 people)
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Famliliar with all Office Standard Softwares
