Requirements:
Your successful track record in project management and engineering operational management, coupled with your commercial acumen and client rapport will position you well for success in this challenging position.
Further, as the leader of a large and diverse technical team, your well developed leadership and people management skills will enable you to attract, engage and develop the engineering and project management teams within Sydney M&M.
Significant operational management experience in the heavy industrial, manufacturing or mining industry is also essential, along with graduate qualifications in an engineering discipline.
