Responsibilities:
Processing high volume Purchase Order related invoices accurately and on a timely basis
Liaising with suppliers in order to resolve problems
Assisting buyers with problems on blocked invoice reports and payment queries
Working as part of a team assisting other members when required
Presents self in a professional manner appropriate to the role
Articulates views in comprehensive manner
Produces work of presentable quality
Requirements:
Ability to communicate with personnel at all levels
SAP Knowledge preferred
Good organisational skills and smart working methods
Good level of Secondary Education
Continuing Professional Development:
Can articulate learning and training experiences
Good SAP experience
SAP preferred
Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
Based in Greenwell, but will move to new Westhill offices in Q3 2008
