Job Description
 
The Adm/SAP Supervisor will be responsible for various business processes handled by 11 direct reports (6 Operations Assts and 5 SAP PM Assts).  Qualifications include a willingness and ability to perform/comply with the following.
  • Establish work assignments and provide work direction for direct reports.
  • Ensure individual team contributors are adequately trained to follow  SAP PM processes and fulfill all job expectations in a satisfactory manner.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to San Juan and L48 business practices and policies including compliance with Safety, Asset Evaluation procedures, and Asset Control standards. 
  • Conduct periodic meetings with team members; establish accountability with structured time lines for completing performance agreement business goals.
  • Maintain Manager Express functionality for direct reports; approve time sheets, work schedules, and conduct semi-annual performance reviews.
  • Ensure group participation with L48 SAP Power User Network meetings.
  • Routinely communicate with Production Manager to provide appropriate level of work related detail.
  • Ensure overall balanced work loads and well maintained processes for both Operations Assts and SAP PM Assts.
  • Understand key administrative tasks (mapping, SWD reporting, oil seal recording, vehicles).
  • Maintain good working relationship with Production Supervisors.
  • Furnish Production Manager with work activity updates that support metric reporting.
 
Qualifications
 
  • Eight years oil and gas experience with administrative background
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a regular full-time basis without restrictions.
  • Maintains regular attendance, maintains confidentiality of company information and consistently performs assignments in a safe manner.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and operations.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
  • Possesses good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Accepts ownership and delivers on commitments and goals.
  • Ability to work as a team leader to plan and direct work objectives
