Description:
Australia's largest refiner and marketer of petroleum products in Australia has an opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to spearhead their major projects.
Responsibilities:
As the Project Mechanical Engineer Superintendent, you will report directly to the Major Projects Project Manager, with your primary objectives being to direct and control the detailed design, construction, pre-commissioning, support, cost estimation and project management of the major projects on site.
Requirements:
Ideally coming from a petrochemical /refining background and tertiary qualifications in mechanical engineering, experience in mechanical engineering projects from other industries will not be overlooked.
You will be required to work closely with the project team so you will need strong communication skills and a committed team player.
