Description:
International Travel Opportunities. Experienced Business Development Manager urgently required for my high profile Derbyshire based client to lead a successful and expanding sales team. the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years selling software solutions to the key markets of Civil Aviation and Oil and Gas. This is a fantastic opportunity for career development, managing an ambitious and high achieving sales team within a top company. The rewards for this exciting position include international travel, competitive basic salary and commission structure and great benefits package including prestige car, laptop and phone.
Requirements:
Experience selling to the Defence or Automotive market will be beneficial but NOT essential.
The key characteristic of the ideal candidate will be excellent sales and management skills, a proven track record of over achievement within the market and the ambition and desire to work for this market leading company.
Your role will be an important one, both field based and in-house, leading your team, maintaining existing business relationships and securing new ones using your rapport building skills and knowledge of the market.
Your existing software sales and management skills will be highly valued and beneficial however the company invests very heavily in staff development so full product training will be given.
