Job Description
The responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician may include:
- Maintaining and operating production facilities without direct supervision.
- Performing required preventive and corrective maintenance on various types of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Identifying maintenance work/initiating work requests.
- Participating in safety observation program, incident investigations, and safety meetings.
- Ensuring safety/environmental and ethical performance is maintained in accordance with company's core values.
- Driving company vehicle within assigned area.
- Performing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) for rotating equipment
- Performing minor Corrective Maintenance (CM) for rotating equipment, including documentation of symptom/cause codes as required
- Identifing CM work / initiate work requests
- Documenting clearly and completely all PPM work activities on appropriate forms provided in work packets
- Attending required training
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a regular full-time basis without restrictions.
Three years or more direct maintenance/mechanical experience in oil and gas field operations.
Valid driver’s license
