Responsibilities:
Scanning
Filing
Ad hoc duties
Processing
All invoices received in the department are scanned on to FileNet so that they can be "linked" to the SAP document.
The scanning needs to be done in a timely and accurate fashion ensuring that all scanned images are legible.
The original invoices need to be filed in such a way that they are easily retrievable should it be necessary.
Processing of documents in SAP
There may be occasions that the incumbent will be required to undertake other duties to cover for leave etc.
Presents self in a professional manner appropriate to the role
Articulates views in comprehensive manner
Produces work of presentable quality
Requirements:
Computer literate
Ability to Communicate effectively at all levels
Good general education
Can articulate learning and training experiences
Administration experience desirable
Computer Literate, SAP advantageous
Good organisational skills and smart working methods
Manual handling
Site, Rotation, travel expectations
Must be physically fit for required position subject to reasonable adjustments
