Responsibilities:
The day to day management and support of allocated customer maintenance or project contracts.
Operation, support of team allocated maintenance or project contracts.
Organisation and control of onshore installation, commissioning or repair work.
Provision of first point engineering support to Company personnel in the field.
To ensure the timely submission of contact monthly reports in accordance with the generic content format.
To ensure that regular face to face meetings are held with clients.
The up keep of the central information files.
To encourage the full and correct utilisation of other CSD departments such as ESG, Production, using the correct processes.
To encourage the development of a proactive culture of service to customers.
Checking and approval of Timelogs and SIR’s prior to submission to the client.
Work toward the achievement of clean invoices to improve cashflow.
Co-ordination of technical investigations and reports.
To manage SQF’s generated from team allocated control systems.
To ensure all SQF’s generated are actioned and closed out in a timely manner.
To ensure contract compliance on allocated maintenance or project contracts.
Commercial management of all T&M jobs for which responsible and fixed price jobs <25K for which responsible
Any other requirements needed to allow the department to operate smoothly
Requriements:
Degree/HNC qualified in an engineering discipline.
Demonstrable engineering experience, prefereably in the subsea industry, preferably in the electro/hydraulic controls field equipment and systems.
Demonstrable experience of the oilfield service industry, preferably with experience in the provision of pro-active support as part of a Customer Focused Team Environment.
