Responsibilities:
To develop his/her knowledge in the technology and the interface with all other technical groups and to participate in the company graduate training program.
To prepare engineering calculations under supervision.
To carry out all tasks assigned in the role of assistant to more senior engineering staff.
Is committed to learning the principles of safe C&I design.
Is committed to understanding and working with the principles of PEM.
Is learning and becoming aware of Company Procedures and Departmental.
Methods and Guidelines and knows the fundamentals of their application.
Assist in the development of Engineering Flow Diagrams (P&ID’s)
Assist in the development of Utility Flow Diagrams
C&I Database (INTools database)
Instrument Data Sheets
User Requirement Specification for Control System(s)
Logic Diagrams
Control Diagrams
Engineering Design Calculations
Requirements:
Is thoroughly familiar with word processing, spread sheeting and electronic communication software.
Takes training in the basic application of control & instrumentation software for calculations etc.
Prepares deliverables for submission to authorities under the guidance of others.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Control or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent)
Mobility and flexibility required for business trips and occasional international assignments
