Responsibilities:
Install all types of liner equipment including, but not limited to, ZXP, JMZX & Inline liner (hanger) packers, Flex-Lock, HMC & Top-Set hangers, ECP’s, PAC valves, LFC plug systems, etc. (Single and dual completion equipment including, HS, HS-S, SC-2PAH & GT-S retrievable packers, FB-1, DB & SAB permanent packers. Both ‘standard’ and Sur-Set flow control equipment. Both wire line and tubing retrievable safety valves.)
Investigate unusual or unsatisfactory product performance to determine root cause and preventative action.
Provide “hands on” support in the workshop and customer workshops when onshore to ensure equipment is made up and stabbed up correctly.
Collect, organize and file data for well files.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years oilfield experience.
Experience in Liner / Completion running, preferably equipment.
A knowledge of PIP’s, R & S equipment (K-1’s, etc) and Surface Safety Systems would also be an advantage.
General knowledge of drilling/workover rig operations.
Detailed knowledge of hydraulics, weights, volumes and basic math is essential.
Thorough mechanical and application proficiency with multiple products.
Proficient use of computer based programs related to application of products.
Excellent job preparation, execution and reporting skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities and ability to use initiative.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills as well as performance driven.
