Responsibilities:
Performs consulting and supervisory activities as required to ensure that fishing jobs are performed satisfactorily in accordance with company policies and customer requirements.
Supervises the tool preparation activities and operation of all fishing equipment.
Trains less experienced employees.
Solicits fishing and rental work.
Handles special projects, as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2+ years rig experience or similar oilfield background.
Comprehensive understanding of down-hole environment in Open and Cased Hole situations.
Extensive knowledge of tools being run and conditions in which they are to be used.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions.
