Overview
Oversees the data input for all customer materials and FMC assets maintained in the Customer Property module of SAP. This includes verifying inventory data, performing transactions, and conducting research to resolve inventory issues for all customer service inventory.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 to 4 years experience in inventory management and data entry.
Three years customer service or purchasing experience required.
Must have PC experience including knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
Should have SAP knowledge and experience. Will train to suit.
Must have strong interpersonal skills to be able to interface with multiple departments.
Ten-key by touch and typing accuracy.
Job Description
Actively participates in all Safety Huddles and performs periodic safety audits. Ensures compliance with safety, environmental and hazardous waste issues.
Coordinates activities and plans and coordinates overtime requirements if needed. Ensures that labor reporting is accurate and balances with time sheets. Monitors performance, quality, safety and housekeeping and reports deficiencies to Supervisor.
Inventory Coordination:
- Reviews and verifies the content and location of materials within the system.
- Receives, reviews, and processes material movement requests.
- Coordinates the movement of inventory.
- Ensures that inventory transactions are entered efficiently and accurately.
- Ensures the integrity of inventory record keeping.
- Transfers and orders of equipment utilizing the current systems.
- Works with production personnel to coordinate the input of assets into customer property.
