Job Description
The Operations Assistant position performs a variety of clerical duties in support of the San Juan Operations Business Unit providing direct assistance to Production Supervisors. Specific duties include:
Prepare well information for lease reviews
Process Wellview report
Enter AFE package information into DSM
Process fire extinquisher/vehicle inspection information received from Operations
Update Operations personnel directory
Contact MSOs and generate weekend variance report for employees on weekend duty.
Schedule meetings and handle catering needs
Track seal records
Provide a variety of other general administrative duties as required
Qualifications
One year previous administrative and/or clerical experience.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Must possess proficient computer skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
