Job Description
Supervise in the thru tubing services at a well site for the correction of a downhole problem.
Continue training to expand knowledge and experience of thru tubing packer services.
Assist in training thru tubing trainees when required.
Communicate with internal and external customers.
Prepare and keep accurate paperwork on delivery tickets, job reports, time sheets, and other similar administrative forms.
Keep accurate paperwork of operations/tools run in the hole.
Accurately enter jobs performed into performance database.
Advise customer on the proper procedures to perform a thru tubing operation and provide instruction on proper procedures. Supervise the operation.
Promote sales of thru tubing services.
Attend all thru tubing related Weatherford technical training.
Available on a 24 hour basis to respond to customer needs.
Be Available when required during normal work schedule to travel across the United States to perform Thru Tubing Packer jobs
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
Qualifications
1-3 year experience.
Previous oilfield experience required.
Mechanical aptitude required.
Strong computer skills.
Strong knowledge of thru tubing Packer products and services.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
Should be able to work closely with internal and external customers
