Responsibilities:
Populating SAP PM with static data, including Functional Locations, Characteristics, Equipment, Construction types, Bills of Material, Maintenance Plans & Items, Task Lists and PRTs.
Ensuring changes to Maintenance Plans are integrated into existing Plans and that the resulting generated workload is reasonably balanced.
Ensuring client codes, standards and conventions are adhered to.
Tracking progress on SAP updates for each project using TW supplied tracking tools.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will bring experience with hands on use of SAP PM front end applications. Ideally, you will be from a Maintenance Planning background or similar in heavy industry.
You will have well developed Microsoft Excel skills, in particular formatting, duplicating and modifying data and of course, be a team player and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
