This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are SALES PROFESSIONAL with demonstrated contacts and results selling into the Oil and Gas Industry. The company has 5 successful years fabricating, welding, designing, servicing ... specialty projects domestically and overseas. They have recently grown facilities by more than 3 times and have a strategic plan that will grow revenues also by more than 3 times in the next 3-5 years.
This is where you come in. Your responsibility is to keep the shop busy with challenging projects. As you drive sales and develop relationships, you will have a need to grow the sales team and become the Sales Manager.
They are a great company with a management team of character that treat there employees like a big family.
In this position your responsibilities will be as follows:
· Identify market opportunities for growth.
· Create and implement a marketing plan.
· Expand the companies' diversification through sales visits and presentations.
· Develop sales in both Calgary and Edmonton.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
· Minimum of 8 years sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
· Technical Diploma or Degree, such as C.E.T. or B. Eng., is preferred.
· Must be self motivated and result orientated.
· Strong relationship-building is necessary.
· Excellent verbal and written communication is an asset.
· Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
The opportunity offer a base salary of $70K-$100k/annum and an aggressive uncapped commission structure that in the first year should net and additional 15-25% and beyond in the future. A truck and a good benefit program will also be provided.
