Job Description
 
  • Lead projects and initiatives with the Customer and [Employer] Infrastructure ([Employer]) internal organizations utilizing Lean Six Sigma tools and tactics to improve quality of deliverables, prevent fulfillment issues and ultimately enhance Customer's satisfaction.
  • Conduct periodic reviews with the Customer, identify critical-to-quality (CTQ) items which need improvement and structure projects and initiatives to address the needs;
  • Input Customer's CTQs into the [Employer] system, provide leadership and direction to [Employer] cross-functional teams empowered to execute the Lean Six Sigma strategy to improve process capability and eliminate defects.
  • Communicate teams' progress on projects and initiatives to Champions and Business Leaders in both [Employer] and Customer's organizations.
  • Constantly seek, share, and drive implementation of lessons learned and best practices from across [Employer] and the Oil and Gas/ Energy industry.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to GE teams in Customer's issue resolutions and in Customer's disappointment management.
  • Facilitate, and coach cross-functional team members in implementation of Lean Six Sigma strategy and usage of Lean Six Sigma tools.
  • Work with Business Leaders and their teams to uncover and assess Lean Six Sigma opportunities for [Employer] and the Customer.
  • In conjunction with the Master Black Belts and Quality Champions, serve as a change agent in institutionalizing Lean Six Sigma quality across [Employer].
  • Completion of the Lean Six Sigma training program and proficiency in Lean Six Sigma tools and tactics required.
 
Qualifications
 
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/ GED with 4+ years of experience in a Quality System Planning and Quality improvement methods).
  • 3+ additional years of experience in Quality System Planning and Quality Improvement methods.
