Job Description
- Focal point on a daily basis between the customer and Vetco Gray covering all aspects of the customer's operational issues including Logistics, Spares, Installation, Commissioning, and Maintenance.
- Manage major operator account, or multiple independent operator's accounts.
- Act as Vetco Gray contact for customer at the customer's office.
- Attend weekly operational meetings at customer's office
- Perform review of customer's relevant operations and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Maintain database of Lessons Learned for all related services provided to customer.
- Coordinate equipment storage, maintenance, refurbishment and re-certification and ensure equipment is fully fit for purpose to meet customer's schedules.
- Liaise with the Field Service Departments worldwide for the allocation of Service personnel for installation activities.
- Provide internal training to customers for operational specific topics
- articipate in the development and continuous improvement of installation and maintenance programs and associated procedures.
- Manage customer inventory, including customer specific spares stocking and field support programs.
- Coordinate and control third-party supplied certification ensuring Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) performs refurbishment in accordance with requirements.
- Assist in preparing and submitting technical and operational proposals and reports.
- Develop future Integrated Services business opportunities.
- Monitor and enforce all applicable quality health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management, or indicated by responsibilities.
- Field service jobs are complex due to the variety of mechanical and well environmental factors that must be controlled and checked, usually under adverse conditions, time constraints, and the skill level of customer personnel supervised.
Qualifications
- 4-year degree from an accredited college or university; or High school graduate with a with minimum of 10 years industry experience.
- Strong computer skills.
