Responsibilities:
Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in the evaluation, selection,
application, adaptation, and modification of standard techniques, guidelines, procedures and criteria.
Devises new approaches to startup, maintenance, operation, or testing.
May include relocation to jobsite to perform specific startup activities as assigned.
Plans and coordinates independent work requiring judgment and experience
in the application and substantial adaptation of operations and startup techniques.
Devises new approaches to operations problems.
Provides startup, maintenance, operation or testing direction to subordinate senior startup engineers, engineers, technicians, crafts or others as assigned for specific projects or tasks.
Broad knowledge of precedents in the industry.

Assigned as Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)Coordinator, responsible for
administering the Lock Out Tag Out program.
Has technical responsibilities for interpreting, organizing, executing, and
coordinating LOTO activities.
This includes the ability to determine that a requested Lock Out/Tag Out will provide a safe working enviorment
for the requestor personnel performing work within the booundry of the
clearance.
Will provide coordination between Startup system engineers, Operations
personnel and Personnel working under the LOTO program.
Work hours as required.
This includes working all shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays as the need arises.
Requirements:
Prior precommissioning and commissioning experience
Prior operating plant experience
Prior experience with Lockout / Tagout procedure
Prior experience as a Lockout / Tagout coordinator
A minimum of ten years experience related to startup of a facility and
equipment operations or other relevant experience such as construction,
field engineering, or operations in industrial, process or utility engineering or construction.
Minimum of Five years experience in a plant Operations role at a facility, one of which pertains to the administration of the LOTO program.
Ability to work effectively with owners staff, construction supervisors and Foreman, project management, startup staff, off site entities (i.e., utility personnel, truck drivers, regulatory agencies, etc.)
Good oral and written communications skills.
AGD II project is a gas processing, compression and reinjection project in Asab, U.A.E.
Anticipated duration of the assignment is 10 months
