Comp Work Statement
This position is eligible for [Company] Compressed Work Schedule program (CWS). This program provides flexibility in work hours to assist employees in balancing their work and personal lives. CWS participants work eight hours and 40 minutes per day and earn two Fridays off per month, for a total of 24 days off annually.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the GM ¿ HR Services and other members of the HR Services department, as required;
· Administer the Onboarding process for all new employees;
· Coordinate New Employee Company Orientation workshops;
· Complete monthly analysis of general and administrative expenses and capital spending for HR Services; review outlook quarterly and coordinate annual budget. Coordinate analysis and reporting of general and administrative expenses for HR and Corporate Services;
· Generate and distribute monthly PeopleSoft query reports;
· Consolidate and distribute quarterly update reports;
· Administer vacation tracking for HR Services using online system (TOTS);
· Coordinate monthly Connect meeting for HR Services and develop monthly HR Services newsletter;
· Maintain intranet website announcing internal employee moves;
· Coordinate office space, equipment and supply needs, conference room reservations and lunches for HR Services;
· Coordinate, prepare and execute communication items involving mail merge for various HR initiatives;
· Prepare presentations for the GM ¿ HR Services.
Education/Experience
· A mature, experienced, reliable individual who is poised and professional;
· 10 years' related work experience;
· Relevant business administrative diploma is desirable;
· A high level of discretion, confidentiality and reliability is essential;
· Attention to detail and accuracy is required;
· Good planning and coordination skills;
· Strong skills in Excel (development of spreadsheets with formulas and links, preparation of graphs, formatted data reporting, etc.), advanced Word, Visio and PowerPoint skills; as well as prior work experience with Lotus Notes;
· Multi-tasking capabilities within a busy, dynamic environment.
