Responsibilities :
Candidate will be primarily focused on internal work orders, job costing and customer invoicing. Responsibilities include calculating labour, material and other operating costs for internal job costing, and customer invoicing for selected business units. The incumbent will provide back up support to the Insides Sales function.
Qualifications :
Qualified candidates will have completed Grade 12, augmented by accounting course work in a computerized environment, and possess 1 –3 years experience with billings, calculating labour, material and associated costs preferably in an oilfield services or manufacturing environment. Proficiency with accounting software such as Dynamics or AccPac and Microsoft Office is essential. Superior telephone and customer services skills are necessary as is excellent keyboarding and attention to detail.
