We are looking for people who have experience leading project teams, managing projects, mentoring and training staff, sustaining excellent client relationships and developing new business opportunities. The ideal person will be a self starter who can lead teams and work both independently and as part of a team, has multidisciplinary experience and outlook, and have previous consulting / practical project experience, particularly in environmental impact assessments. There is opportunity for travel in Canada as well as opportunities to work internationally.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years related experience
- Bachelors degree in related Environmental Science related fields, Masters is an asset
- Registered or eligible to register as a member of a professional organization in Canada
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages e.g. Spanish are an asset)
- Demonstrated report writing skills
- Good contract administration and project management skills
- Track record as an effective team player
- Good interpersonal skills
- Availability to travel within Canada and Internationally
