Responsibilities:
Together with the Department Manager, to establish department budgets.
Monitor and control revenue and expenditures on a monthly basis.
Monitor and control internal charges between projects and departments and to make sure all relevant personnel are recharged to projects.
To identify and report all discrepancies and variances with financial impact.
Meetings with Departments Managers on a regular basis to discuss actual and forecasted figures compared with original budget and previous forecasts.
To perform day to day cost control and reporting according to Department Cost Control process.
Consolidation Department forecast for further use in Management Reporting.
Iissuing of monthly cost report.
Preparation of various analysis.
Requirements:
The Department Cost Controller shall interface with all other team members to ensure that department matters are solved in a timely and proper manner.
A minimum of two years education in Business Administration/Accounting following college.
Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
Must work exact and accurate and be co-operativ.
