Responsibilities:
Establishment of the contractual strategies in co-operation with the engineers of project;
Establishment of the lists of the potential tenderers for the various packages;
Preparation and launching of the pre qualifications and invitations to tender, and clarifications with the tenderers;
Evaluation of the offers and the recommendations;
Participation in the final negotiations and consolidation of the contractual documents;
In a second phase, you could be brought to follow (resident abroad) on the building sites (onshore and or offshore) the implementation of one or more contracts.
The contracts of construction of oil installations are complex international contracts, high amounts (a few hundreds of million to more than one billion euros) and high-risk.
After a first assignment in the headquarters, within the contract and procurement division, evolution towards increasing responsibilities in the field for the Contracts on increasingly significant and complex Projects, with a strong autonomy. Possibility in the long term of evolving to other related trades.
Requirements:
Business school, MSc in quantity surveying, degree in construction law, contract law.
Or engineers with training and experience in contract matters.
Minimum 5 years experience within industrial or preferably oil and gas environment (engineering, construction, commissioning).
You are mobile around the world.
You are organized and rigorous.
You have got teamspirit.
You like contacts.
