Responsibilities:
Ensuring that the Mechanical Completion is achieved by the Contractor for Systems Equipment / Vessels and systems are built and installed as per Construction Documents, thru verification and monitoring of Contractors Field activities and witnessing Key Pre-Comm activities of Contractor.
Liaise with other disciplines, project personnel, etc. to ensure interfaces clearly defined.
Alignment Checking / All final Testing / Punch listing and cellaring of Punch items.
Privision of advice on Equipment, sparing and items requiring vendor presence or special training
Producing & Executing functional/Commissioning Test Procedures for Diesel powered generators rotating equipment vessels piping on the facilities & equipment and interfaces
Knowledge of Certification systems PIMS, ICAPS and ensuring these are up to date
Ensuring as-built information is correct and verified on site
Providing timely advice and information to the Commissioning and/or Technical Team Leader
Participation in audits and HSE site reviews, as required.
Monitoring Preservation & Maintenance of Equipment up to Mechanical Completion.
Support Commissioning activities and Systems Handovers as and when required.
Requirements:
Motivated individual with team working skills, “can do” attitude, prepared to stretch personal and professional goals
Good communication skills and ability to integrate with existing project and future EPCI contractor staff in a number of locations in order to achieve the contract technical requirements
Ability to operate in diverse cultures
Able to adapt to new ways of working ie working in ADT - Asset Delivery Team
E&I Engineer with degree level and/or professional qualifications/Work Experience, with proven solid (10+ years) technical experience in Oil and Gas activities, pref. Offshore, EPCI, design and site experience.
Candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised, using own initiative and knowledge in order to deliver sound and reliable advice on which management can rely.
