Responsibilities:
Review of Contractor’s Construction Documents & Pre-Commissioning and ensuring compliance with the Scope of Work.
Ensuring that the Mechanical Completion is achieved by the Contractor for Systems Equipment / Vessels and systems are built and installed as per Construction Documents, thru verification and monitoring of Contractors Field activities.
Alignment Checking / All final Testing / Punch listing and clearing of Punch items.
Experience of gas processing system offshore
Capable of operating Power Generation, MAC Systems Telecom Pig launcher Test Seps Gas Production & Well Heads
Experience of certification systems e.g. PIMS WIN Cert etc
Assisting with Operations training
Reviewing and helping to Produce System Commissioning Test Packs & Procedures
Operating/running Process Utility & Pipelines, equipment/systems during commissioning & start Up
Knowledge of certification systems PIMS ICAPS etc
Ensuring as-built information is correct and verified on site
Providing timely advice and information to the Commissioning and/or Technical Team Leader
Participation in audits and HSE site reviews, as required.
Monitoring Preservation & Maintenance of Equipment up to Mechanical Completion.
Support Operations Start Up.
Requirements:
Motivated individual with team working skills, “can do” attitude, prepared to stretch personal and professional goals
Good communication skills and ability to integrate with existing project and future EPCI contractor staff in a number of locations in order to achieve the contract technical requirements
Ability to operate in diverse cultures
Able to adapt to new ways of working ie working in ADT - Asset Delivery Team
Operations Tech with trade or professional qualifications/Work Experience, with proven solid (07+ years) technical experience in Oil
and Gas activities, pref. Offshore, EPCI, design and site experience.
Candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised, using own initiative and knowledge in order to deliver sound and reliable advice on which management can rely.
