Reporting to a general foreman or project superintendent, the foreman is responsible for site supervision and management of work crews. These responsibilities include all aspects of their crew's work; including planning, production and performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include: leading site safety, maintaining quality standards, establishing task priorities and assignments, aligning worker skills to required tasks, capturing daily productivity, evaluating work performance and completing daily task risk assessments.
Qualification and skills
Must hold a recognized Alberta / Red Seal trade qualification ticket.
