Job Description
- Financial Accountant, responsible for maintaining general ledger, accounts receivable, fixed asset and journal vouchering systems.
- Employs concepts used in accounting for intercompany transactions, foreign currencies, joint ventures, amortization and account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations.
- Prepares monthly financial statements requiring consolidating reclass and elimination entries.
- Prepares forecast statements and variance analysis on a quarterly basis.
- Responds to queries from management and external and internal auditors.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting and 3 years experience with similar duties.
- Specific experience with high volume bank reconciliations.
- Strong Excel skills.
