Job Description
- Manage cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of Sabeus Federal Systems products from design to release for customers.
- Develop, define and execute project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables. Identify needed resources for projects, define and assign major project roles.
- Monitor the program from initiation through delivery, interfacing with external customers on technical matters, as needed.
- Assign and monitor work of development staff, providing technical support and direction.
- Monitor and satisfy government contractual specifications and requirements.
Qualifications
- MS degree or equivalent in technical field is required.
- A minimum of five years systems or program management experience.
- Strong understanding and demonstrated experience in fiber-optic sensors, system engineering, and signal processing.
- Experience managing Department of Defense contracts a plus.
