For our Client's application support team, [Company] is seeking Senior Analysts with experience in at least one of the following JDE modules: Equipment Maintenance (Primarily) / Service & Warranty / Manufacturing / Sales Order Management / Inventory Management / Accounts Receivable. We are looking to fill more than one position. Assignment is six months with options to extend.
Core Skills
· At least 3 years of experience with JDE Enterprise One (preferably Xe)
· Experience with all aspects of at least one of the following:
· Equipment Maintenance
· Service & Warranty (Contract/Service Billing)
· Manufacturing and EDI for Distribution
· Sales Order Management
· Inventory Management
· Accounts Receivable
· Analytical Skills and Tools including:
· SQL
· Problem solving
· Strong communication skills
· Team player
· Asset Skills
· OneWorld Programming Tools
· ISeries / DB2
· Understanding of Oil and Gas Business
Job Purpose
The role of the Analyst within the JDE SCM/EM team is to:
· Analyze and resolve more complex support calls that cannot be handled by the Business Focals
· Identify the root cause of problems, and design and implement changes to the applications so that they function as designed
· Perform/Participate in scoping work and application design for enhancement requests of how Time is entered against the maintenance work order
Responsibilities
· Support Activities
· Trouble-shoot and resolve complex or non-routine support tickets raised by the JDE knowledgeable business focals. Assist in situation management
· The support hours are 8-5, 5 days a week. Off-hours support in exceptional circumstances only
· In addition the successful candidate will participate in:
· “Transition to Support” activities, including application training, in order to update skills and knowledge to support new applications
· Contribute to improvements to the support process and to team development
