Responsibilities:
Start-up and commissioning of fire alarm and security systems on industrial sites.
Duties include
· installation and commissioning of application programs and troubleshooting both software and hardware problems.
· Works closely with installation electricians and project managers.
· Interface with consultants, contractors and owners as Honeywell’s representative.
Skills and Competencies:
· Diploma in Industrial Instrumentation / Electronics / Computer / Communications Engineering or a similar field.
· Fire alarm and / or electrical experience preferred.
· Strong computer skills (both hardware and programming).
· Excellent record keeping and organizational skills.
· General mechanical aptitude.
· Interpersonal skills required to work with various trades persons and owners.
