Job Description
- Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to HSE requirements.
- Responsible for working with Accounts in several different Districts and areas.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships-calling on accounts.
- Will be responsible for calling on accounts with Drilling activity outside the District.
- Profitably selling drill bits to assigned customer base, both at the office and rig levels..
- Pursue new business
- Recognizing cross divisional selling opportunities.
- Develop and implement account strategies.
- Create & present performance summaries to provide product value.
- Pricing proposals, market share contracts, pricing contracts
- Business performance reviews
- Assist in Bit Record Collection
- Inventory Management
- Support and mentor TFR’s.
- Assist with timely invoicing
- Staying aware of new technologies and product development
- Partnering with engineers to educate the customers and TFR
Qualifications
- Proven sales ability and/or application knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge and ability to work in all HCC Marketing software programs
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Customer Focus
- Driven- Self Starter
- Time Management
- Problem Solving
- Relationship building
- Knowledge of Computer Applications, including the Microsoft Suite
