Job Description
Experience:
In order to be considered for this position, you must have:
· 2 to 4 years experience as a Freight Forwarder preferably working both Air Export and Import.
· Excellent Customer Service Skills and Fluently Bilingual (French and English).
Position Description:
Our client is a mid sized European Freight Forwarder recently established in the Canadian marketplace. They offer a full range of Logistics solutions to their clients. They have considerably grown their local operations and are increasingly entrenching themselves in the Montreal market.
They specialize in managing the movement of Air and Ocean freight on the European lane and cater to all industries but have developed exceptional expertise and offer specialized services to the hi-tech, retail, and health care industries.
Our client wishes to have a talented Customer Service Agent to join their dynamic team.
We are looking for an individual who is well versed in the movement of International Freight by Air and/or Ocean. Our client has a growing customer base that requires both Import and Export expertise on their behalf.
