Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage/implement several projects concurrently
· Analyze business requirements of users, determine the best way to implement them, group changes into logical groupings for version changes, translate them into technical requirements and work with the developers to implement
· Resolve issues faced by users of Knowledge Management tools
· Required Competencies:
· Strong organizational skills
· Attention to detail
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Self-starter and self-directed
· Technically-oriented (strong MS tools, MS Project, Lotus Notes, general understanding linkages between IT functions) and picks up new tools easily
Required Skills and Experience:
· Solid business analysis skills
· Project management experience (small projects)
· Experience with Lotus Notes 7.0, Internet Explorer 6, SQL Management Studio, SQL databases, VB, ASP, .NET
· Experience writing basic SQL queries
· Knowledge of Lotus Notes database structure
· Understanding of MS Visual Basic using MS Excel
· Experience in working with and managing developers
· Experience in creating requirements for complicated reports and working with developers to make changes to existing reports
· Experience in vendor management
· Experience in reading contracts
· Experience in project methodologies
· Experience in scope management
Desired Skills and Experience:
Understanding of Remedy and ITIL methodology/processes
