Overview
The GFS - Downsteam Financial Services organization is seeking an experienced person to work in a support role within the Crude and Refining Financial Services team. This person will be expected to provide support for inventory accounting and Dollarized Charge and Yield reporting.
Job Description
Responsible for gross margin accounting for one of twelve [Employer] U.S. refineries. The position ensures all movements of product into and out of the refinery are properly recorded (volume and value) in SAP. Communication and coordination with refinery personnel and the Commercial organization is necessary to successfully complete the tasks. Other responsibilities include, but not limited to, calculation and recording to inventory volumes and values, monthly product inventory analysis and account reconciliation of gross margin related balance sheet accounts. Assure inter-company balances are zero. Summarize and/or settle inter-company balances. Responsibilities must be accomplished within the prescribed closing schedule.
Responsible for preparation of monthly and annual reporting to internal and external organizations.
Provide assistance to associates working transactional activity.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Field
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a regular, full-time basis
