Job Description/Duties:
[Company] is recruiting a Senior Customer Support Representative for its Calgary office. As a key member of the Production Volume Team, the ideal candidate will be skilled in all aspects of client support and service.
This full-time role will be responsible for:
· Application support, maintenance & enhancements
· Respond to client enquiries
· Client Training
· Assist clients with implementations
· Interaction with other internal & third-party applications
· Assist with Sales & Marketing
· Seek new business opportunities
Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years experience in Production Accounting
· Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize under pressure-oriented situations
· Excellent communications skills in dealing with individuals from all organization levels
· Self-starter with interest in improving workflow processes
· CAPPA Graduate
