Job Description
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services in effective and timely manner.
- Responsible for maintaining files and field data entry.
- Performs data gathering and information retrieval as directed.
- Maintain monthly reports for headcount, vacation, overtime as required.
- Proctor for Operator Qualification CBT training.
- Maintain and prepare department reports.
- Coordinating travel, meetings and XMS reports as required.
- Maintain office & kitchen supplies with SAM (Services, Accounting, Materials) Group.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office work.
- Good computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, Internet, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint,).
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of management.
- Some flexibility to working overtime.
