You will have knowledge of and/or experience in the following:
· Managing information under general supervision
· Assisting in expediting, receiving, classifying, recording, indexing, distribution, storage and retrieval of information (all media)
· Providing clerical support (copying, filing, etc) and interfacing with all engineering disciplines
You must have experience in:
· Working for an EPC company
· Using MS Office (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer) and Lotus Notes (preferred)
· Scanning
Qualifications:
Some college and 1-3 years job-related office experience
