Job Profile:
[Recruiter] is currently recruiting for Planner Schedulers for employment opportunities in Alberta to work in the oil sands, mining and petrochemical industries. These positions are long term (one year +) contract positions.
Qualifications:
- The successful candidate will have experience in preparation and monitoring EPC schedules, participate in budget setting for department, provide work load forecasts, provide technical support to design teams (etc.)
- The candidate should have knowledge of schedules MS Project and/or Primavera P3/P5 and should have 5 years plus of relevant Canadian experience Previous planning/scheduling experience on heavy industrial projects would be a great asset
- Effective interpersonal, communication and organizational skills are essential.
- You will be leading and coordinating project planning, scheduling and engineering resource management efforts on EP and EPCM projects.
