Job Profile:
[Recruiter] is currently recruiting a Discipline Manager for Civil Structural Department. This is an Edmonton based permanent position with a leading EPCM Company.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Manager of Engineering and will be leading a team of Civil/Structural Engineers and Designers.
While in the leading role, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that all projects undertaken by the department are properly handled in regards to quality, schedule, cost, safety and regulatory compliance
- Fully meet all identified requirements for the specific project
- Maintain a high level of customer service to clients in order to achieve long-term projects and business objectives
Education & Experience:
- A degree or diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer or eligibility for registration will be an asset.
- Minimum of 15 years experience including at least 5 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
- A minimum of 10+ years' experience in an EPC/EPCM environment in Canada
- Significant knowledge of standard methods and practices
