Description:

My client specialises in engineering, oil & gas employment opportunities across a wide range of companies. Their in-house team comprises many consultants who are also engineers and therefore understand engineering. Because of their approach to business, the company has enjoyed a high degree of growth and they are now looking to expand their Account Manager Team. They are currently looking for very bright, sales focused, money motivated graduate calibre candidates to join their fast track recruitment training programme .

Responsibilities:

The role will initially involve supporting the team, resourcing CV's for client vacancies whilst gaining knowledge and experience across a wide range of recruitment practices including online and press advertising, search and database selection.
Typically your responsibilities will include:
Advertising roles from client job specifications
Qualifying and 'skilling up' candidate CV'sQualifying candidates on the telephone
Closing candidates on the telephone
Presenting and selling candidates on paper for consultant/client useNetworking to gain candidate referrals

Requirements:

My client is looking for hard working, conscientious and highly self-motivated individuals who will be expected to produce both quality and quantity of work
You will need to demonstrate a mature and business focused attitude.
You MUST be determined to succeed in what is a very competitive environment and sector
You should have excellent reasoning ability and communication skills, accompanied by a degree of maturity which may be evidenced by successful work experience either during or after their degree.
Above all, you must have the determination to commit to career goals and achieve them.
You will ideally be of graduate calibre with any previous sales experience (for example telesales) being a distinct advantage
