Required Skills/Experience:
· Experience developing test strategies, detailed test cases and test scripts for client/server and Internet applications on mid to large software development projects.
· Experience testing user screens, processes and reports
· Experience writing SQL Server database queries and scripts in order to review data, identify discrepancies, assess impacts and update data.
· Experience developing functional, load and performance tests for web-based Solutions.
· Experience analyzing tests results from regression, load and performance tests. Also, produce test evaluation summary reports from analysis conducted.
· Experience with IBM Rational Tool Suite, specifically ClearCase, ClearQuest and Test Manager, Manual Tester, Functional Tester and Robot.
· Experience with developing automated scripts for functional and performance testing utilizing IBM Rational Functional Tester and Rational Robot
· Experience with an iterative software development life cycle methodology
· Familiar with Visual Basic and VisualStudio VB.NET, HTML, XML and database design and modeling.
· Must have excellent data analysis skills
· Experience managing and performing data conversions, including data conversion validations.
