Responsibilities:
• Provide consulting services to our national clients with a focus on safety-based issues
• Contribution to project development activities including proposal preparation, presentations and project specific health and safety plans for high risk projects
• Assistance in the development of client relationships and business growth in Ontario
Qualifications:
• Post secondary education in health and safety
• At least five years related work experience with working knowledge of provincial and federal health and safety regulatory requirements
• A CSP/CRSP designation and OH&S experience in the manufacturing and construction sectors would be considered an asset
Experience:
• Assessment, development and implementation of health and safety programs/work practices and performance of health and safety compliance/management system audits
• Assessment of operational risk (hazard identification/risk assessment) of industrial operations and advisory services
• Emergency and incident response planning and training
• Demonstrated abilities in leading projects and client relationships
• Strong record-keeping, report writing, communication and interpersonal skills
