Job Description
- Trains in operational procedures and in the operation of wireline equipment/tools in order to ensure that quality and cost effective service is provided to each customer.
- Trains on-the-job with assigned engineer, who is responsible for his/her guidance and progression.
- Loads, unloads, dismantles and cleans equipment/tools as required.
- Observes all operational procedures.
- Attends company training sessions during basic training period.
Qualifications
- University degree in a designated technical or engineering field of study
- Must be self sufficient and adaptable.
- Must be able to communicate with various levels of drilling rig personnel.
- Must be highly mobile and able to travel to well sites at various locations.
- Must be safety conscious and each assignment will involve the implementation of health, safety and environmental procedures.
- Must be willing to spend extended periods of time a a field location.
