Responsibilities:
Assisting with landowner compliance activities for all planned exploration, development and operating activities
Assisting with Property Management of Santos owned properties
Ensuring landowner compliance activities are monitored during and after exploration, development and operating activities
Assisting in regular field visits to landholders (mostly in the Central SE Qld area) – logistics, discussion strategies, format, issue resolution
Assisting with landholder follow-up & closure (agreement signed & activities now permitted)
Preparing and lodging reports as required under the Queensland Petroleum Legislation
Identifying properties & relevant owners/occupiers affected by proposed petroleum activities, including title searches and use of mapping software
Preparing data packages for landholders and maintain landholder database
Making initial compensation payments and continuing annual payments
Assisting with ongoing landholder management and strategy plans
Providing assistance to the general planning functions, including landholder and cultural heritage areas, as required
Requirements:
Executing all activities in compliance with the environmental health and safety policies
Ideally, you will have trade or tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or backed by substantial experience in a similar environment.
A demonstrated history of building productive relationships with senior management, landowners and other stakeholders and working well within a team are essential attributes.
You must have strong computer application skills.
Knowledge of Global Positioning Systems, and their application would be an advantage.
