An excellent career opportunity is available for a talented and motivated Supply Chain Specialist to join the Procurement and Logistics Department in our corporate office in Adelaide.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Team Leader Logistics, you will be responsible for the development of systems, strategy and process enhancement across the national supply chain.
Particular areas of emphasis will be the maintenance of safe working environments, the improvement of service fulfilment, the development of system concepts, monitoring and analysing KPI data and implementation to achieve improvement and change, and the facilitation of operations within budgets.
Requirements:
You will display strong leadership skills underpinned by experience in enhancing physically distributed operations.
With tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, you will be able to critically analyse and identify opportunities, and deliver through sound logistical planning and implementation.
You will have well developed skills in Oracle or a comparable ERP system, and be able to understand other IT supporting systems to gain the best operational outcomes with a strong focus on continuous improvement across all functional units within the division nationally.
You will have strong communication and liaison skills and be able to convincingly engage people across different levels and backgrounds throughout the organisation.
