Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for maintaining the safe and smooth running of all operational functions for the two sites, including all aspects of people management, liaison with internal and external customers, planning and scheduling, budget control and monitoring, project management, database management and continuous improvement for all process and operational requirements.
Requirements:
Some knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry will be highly regarded or from a comparable industry sector.
In order to be successful, you will have extensive supervisory, warehouse and logistics experience, an in-depth understanding of Oracle based software or similar ERP systems, a high awareness of safety, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules, whilst maintaining high levels of customer service across a diverse range of lines and functional units.
You will have a Forklift and Loader licence and enjoy a hands-on approach to all functions and responsibilities.
Additional Information:
It is preferable that you live in Roma or the surrounding area, as there will be a requirement for some on-call responsibilities.
The scope of the role will require regular travel between sites and the Brisbane office, as well as some interstate travel to other sites and the corporate office in Adelaide.
